Spiritual and religious comfort

Some people have strong religious beliefs that sustain them at this time. Others may not have felt that need during earlier times but may do so now. If you feel any desire at all for spiritual comfort, don't hesitate to ask for it from a priest, rabbi, or other religious leader.

Even if you have not attended services regularly in the past, or you are not sure what you believe, you may still find comfort in talking to one of these professional spiritual guides. They are used to dealing with uncertainty and will not be shocked at whatever you tell them; they may be able to help you find peace of mind.
